St Valentine…..did you get a card or gift?

Not telling. Happy Valentines' day to all those grans who have no longer got someone to share it with. This is another occasion that can hit the wrong spot.

OH forgot for the first time ever! So he ran upstairs and found a card in his stash of cards and wrote one for me. Later he is popping to Waitrose to buy their £20 Valentine meal deal. He feels extra guilty as I’m having to get up so early to let the decorators in. He can’t because of his medication side effects. True. I bought him a card and chocolates

Nothing but the husband has just spent 3 days on bed with norovirus so he’s forgiven. 😁

Yes, both but I only gave him a card ( a little grudgingly ) as I knew he would be full on for me. He’s much the romantic and I’m not really.
