I also like time entirely on my own. Very very early walking in the silence and birdsong is stress free.

What is it that brings a smile to your face; a feeling of happiness, if only for a short time?
Being on my own this beautiful day, I dug out the old C.D. player and am treating myself to my collection of 'Big Band', early Jazz c.d.s, turned up loud, of course! 
Makes me swing and tap, dance and twirl; brings a smile to my face and lightens my mood.
Anyone else like to share what makes them happy when feeling stressed?
