It's sounds like a programme I watched a while ago. About women working in the Ford car factory in Dagenham striking for equal pay

Yes I think so, going by the accents. I didn’t see the start so I don’t know exactly. I was really impressed with the effect their efforts have had on my life.

It’s amazing! Looking at how women went in strike for equal pay. How you were handed your cards if you got pregnant. How all manager adverts had ‘He will need to . . . Even by 1975, in factories they simply amended contracts so that they could still pay men more.
By the time I started work, it was equal pay in my job, but the history in this program is both fascinating, and shocking.
