I can' t buy early. I DO have two chocolate Santas upstairs for DD and DGS, but they're safe because I'm not a chocolate lover anymore.

That fudge wouldn't have been safe here, Witzend. I want to buy typical Xmas goodies. But they won't make it to Christmas.

We have bought 2 tins of Quality Street for when the GSs come over and have eaten both???.

Shan’t buy any now until Christmas week.

Sleepless at around 3.30 this morning, I came down and scoffed most of a packet of clotted cream fudge that was supposed to be for dh’s stocking.
There are 4 pieces left.
I can’t see those lasting very long, either.
