Seen a few posts about the white stuff on gransnet. We don't have any here in South Devon yet sadly. So do you have any, where are you roughly, and do you love it like me or hate it with a passion? Do tell
Had terrifying wind all night and lots of sleet. Now--huge flakes of snow. I'm on the North-East Coast 20 miles from Whitby. I love it, if there's no driving to do.
Snowed here in Wiltshire accompanied by a high wind, quite a blizzard but melted quickly. Very cold though, even our elderly Exmoor pony wasn't that keen to leave his stable first thing! MOnica, I used to live in North Berkshire, that changed into Oxfordshire! I still remember the outrage when the boundry altered, my parents indignation was legendary!!
It snowed here on the Wilts/Gloucs border for a couple of hours yesterday. A very wild day. Today all is calm, the sky is blue & the sun is shining. What a difference
Light snow began falling here in South West Northumberland about an hour ago. Just a sprinkling at present, but the sky is overcast and we will probably have some more.
Woke up to unexpected snow here this morning. (Edinburgh). Just lucky we haven't suffered like some others have due to Storm Arwen. The cats were very confused at the changes to 'outside'.
