Sugar snaps

So, I thought I got a bargain yesterday and bought a whole pile of sugar snap peas off the market. Now I don't know what to do with them other than put them into salads. Any suggestions/recipes ladies?

They're very good in stir fry's.

That wasn’t a bargain if you don’t know what to do with them! Stir fries? No idea if you can freeze them. Try google.

You could blanch and then freeze them. Definitely good in stir fry.

I grew them this year , they do freeze . DD cooks hers for a few mins and serves them as a side dish

Love these served alongside some purple sprouting broccoli. With a little herb butter, lovely.

They are great for soup, loads of recipes online.

Yuk, don't bring them here. grin
DH will bring them. I use them in stir fries and as a vegetable. They only take a few minutes to steam.

I serve them every week as a side dish, with casseroles or roasts.
I put them in stir frys.

Tonight I have made a Chicken Bhuna and will mix them with rice and sweetcorn as an accompaniment.
