Short story Stroke recovery during Covid

I’m getting very frustrated at trying to get my short story published free.
Today I’ve got stroke fatigue and I’m unable to work out how to do this, I’m sure it won’t take rocket science to do this.
All advice will be gratefully received please pm me.

My son self published the story of his stroke. It sold quite well.
