My 83 year old aunt had a UTI last week, and had anti-b's which made her feel tired. The doctor's surgery is a five minute walk away. She phoned her doctor 'for advice' about having the jab today.
Seems the doctor said if she didn't feel well enough, not to go. She's now at the end of the waiting list. As she's on the IOW who are now going into Tier 4, I feel really concerned - I hope she'll be invited again before the next group. Luckily her neighbour is being marvellous, it's so difficult being so far away.
