She should have married some well-meaning but dim county landowner who thought he had won first prize getting her, and Charles should have married Camilla first time round, divorced or no. But that wasn't how things was played then. The water has gone under the bridge and there is no pumping it back again, so they should stop rehashing the whole story and let her rest in peace. The myth gets further from reality every time it is rehashed.

P.s. apart from 2 photos - one when she had returned from a royal tour and crouched down to fling her arms wide for William (? And Harry, not sure) to run into. Such joy on her face.

And the other was seeing her genuinely happy (and wet) on a log flume at Thorpe Park with her boys. Her eyes were shining and her laughter was infectious.

They are mortals too, crazyh, not gods and goddesses. They do all the silly things that we mere mortals do. Like the rest of us, some of them are nice people it would be great to know better, some are nasty Bs and better avoided and some are just getting on with surviving the hazards of their lives. Watched the one yesterday about the Queen and Prince Charles - any thing on the Royal family, I watch. They are so far removed from us mortals, that I am curious and love to delve into their lives .....

I enjoyed last night's programmes on The Queen and Prince Charles, so I might watch the ones about Diana.

I get really fed up with the nimber of times this woman is dragged out for entertainment value.I was never a fan,she's not someone I would like my children or GC to look up to ,adultery,.manipulation and selfishness are not traits I admire.So ,no I wont be watching,the Sainted Diana was a myth and I'm too old to blieve in fairy tales .
