Harry probably had another piece of jewellery designed for her, which she will subsequently redesign to something she prefers.....she has previous form for this.

Whatever he buys her, I hope he is starting to spend his own money instead of ours or his dad's!

Isn't she the one who always overshadows someone else's birthday with an announcement or photo of her own? Nice to see other members of the UK RF have quietly conveyed their best wishes. Some people have a sense of occasion

She was obviously very bright, and skipped a couple of earlier school/college years.
