Amazon Prime jitters

Amazon are usually really helpful with any issues in my experience.

Ordered today, thank you for the replies.

I found it easy to set up and it is very useful. I don't speak to it, just use the remote.

The Amazon Firestick is really easy to set up.

Oh, thank you Doodledog if I need someone to talk me through if I get stuck I can talk to them. I think I might be ok. Will give it a go.

As I remember, you just plug it in and off you go. If you have issues, which I think is unlikely, you could ring Amazon Customer Services and they will talk you through setting it up.

I am with BT. I know it’s not a big outlay I just can’t keep it going if I have to wait until I can see him again. Poor.

No as I remember its quite easy. I set it up without help so must have been simple. I had to cancel though as it wouldn't work for me. All I got was a message saying insufficient band width.
