Activity ideas to numb the boredom

Seeing as we are in for the long haul, does anyone have any activity/hobby ideas ,that I can start, to wile away the occasional hours of boredom?

The Open University have lots of interesting courses to study online, free ones, no ‘work’ to do or reading anything other than is presented online, on all sorts of interesting subjects.
All you need is a computer and a comfy chair.
