I am trying not to feel too miserable, but all this talk about how we exit this lockdown has made me realise that it will be a year or more before I can have a hug with children, grandchildren and my aged Mama. My OH wouldn't stand much of a chance if he caught this virus, so until there is a vaccine we have to be avoiding all physical contact. Add to this that children and grandchildren live too far away for a day visit (200 miles) and obviously an overnight stay cannot be achieved with social distancing. I don't want to talk to OH about this, no point in us both being depressed, so I am pouring out my troubles here.
Please don't tell me others are worse off. I know that but at this precise moment it doesn't help. I am going to channel my misery into making some bread.

I’m sure another gransnetters posted the ditty before but it’s worth sharing again. I hope tomorrow is better for all of us
