Do you remember Peter Wyngarde? I used to love Department S and Jason King and the raffish characters that he played. Anyway, memorabilia from his estate is going up for sale, including his snakeskin jacket

Oh Dinahmo and Annie, I thought he was wonderful. My sister was living in London When I was in my early twenties and I was visiting her.

There was a live performance of 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' in Regents Park and Peter Wyngarde was Oberon. ?? absolutely magical, very risqué and a wonderful memory. Xx

I remember him as Peter Quint in 'The Innocents'. Chilling.
