When schools and offices have to close, I bet people will go out rather than stay at home. Today's youngsters expect outings and entertainment.
The present panic will become tedious and subside in about a month's time - just when isolation and hand washing become vitally important. By then, people will be over it and stop bothering. They will, as always, blame others!
Those who voted for low taxes, an overstretched, underfunded NHS and a lack of social care will be the first and loudest voices to complain that their needs are not being met!
