Turn the lights off in the rooms you have been in, and shine a torch around, you might get a sparkle reflected, it's worked for me before.

Good luck!

That’s awful Tiger your engagement ring am guessing?
Being insured helps, but it’s not the same, you can’t get back the sentimental value.I lost my wedding ring about 20 years ago, so know how you feel.flowers

I'd be sad too. It's obviously caught on something and if the claws were worn it wouldn't have kept the diamond secure, but these are things you tend not to think about until this sort of thing happens.
It's no use tracing your steps if you've been out of the house but at the same time I'd still be looking inside clothes, down the chairs and feeling along carpets before you start hoovering.

Check all the sink u-bends, gloves, sleeves of coats, pockets, towels etc. Good luck.

This is the hole where my diamond was last time I looked at my hand.
Just say diwn to watch Deadwater fell and my engagement ring felt spikey - No diamond!

I am sooo sad - I keep saying it’s only stuff... but I’m so sad!
