Bath

Shower! Every time! I always feel claustrophobic in a bath. In my old house, I had a shower over the bath and was getting to the stage of struggling to get in and out of it so, when I moved house earlier this year, I had the bath ripped out and a full length walk in shower installed instead. It's the best thing I ever did. Much safer, more efficient and far easier to clean than leaning and stretching over a bath to clean round.

I do love my daily or sometimes twice daily shower but every few days especially when its cold a nice hot bath eases my back pain beautifully and warms me up. Hooray for Badedas!
