Having just watched the interview with Emily Maitlis, I just cannot make my mind up about him , I find it strange that he could not recollect having that photo taken with the girl with his arm around him , I thought he was very cautious with his answers, What do you all think ?

It would appear that PA didn't find his friend's behaviour unacceptable even after he'd served time for child abuse.

As soon as he said Epstein put him in touch with useful contacts I thought, Yes, girls! He could have spoken to anyone he wished as a prince of the British RF. He wouldn't have needed an introduction.

He's in this up to his neck. Two prison guards have now been arrested. Although the verdict was that Epstein hanged himself, this story may just about to be blown even wider.

As though we don't have enough to worry about in this country, we're now going to be dragged through the mire surrounding the life of a prince of the realm.

suziewoozie I think your reference to the Rotherham girls was quite uncalled for.

I was merely going by a quote from Virginia Roberts Guiffe that she was “trafficked to Prince Andrew at 17”. If she had already been in the USA for several years she would have known the score - I believe she was told to treat him as she did Mr Epstein.

I am not judging her, I am merely surprised that she could not find a way out if she wanted to. It surprises me that in this age of the Internet there is so much naivety. We need to do a much better job of educating young adults, and make it easier for trafficked women to find somewhere to go other than a detention centre.

suziewoozie Tue 19-Nov-19 16:14:26

At least theres quite a few of us telling it as it is .

pinkquartz Tue 19-Nov-19 16:14:18

am currently aagreeing very much with you again suziewoozie

I am actually sickened by women not wanting to see how despicable these crimes are.
I cannot let these posts go without a response. [shocked]
at the belief in RF

It does seem disturbing that PA was happy to spend time at Epstein's house and not notice this sort of thing was going on at a time when he had daughters of the same age.

pinkquartz Tue 19-Nov-19 16:11:40

a huge yes to suziewoozie last post

I am not as articulate as I used to be but am trying to state what I think....

suziewoozie Tue 19-Nov-19 16:11:35

Thanks Iam it’s hard work keeping on keeping on but I’m not going to let misogynistic, uninformed, hateful posts stand without challenge.

pinkquartz Tue 19-Nov-19 16:08:52

Monica

They say is not evidence but it is mentioned a lot as amongst the evidence that the Police in USA have collected
It is the lawyers of the prosecution who claim also that there were underage children
It is far more than a rumour.
I am surprised that anyone is objecting when Epstein was a proved Child abuser

I never said PA did it with a 12 year old so please back off

suziewoozie Tue 19-Nov-19 16:08:43

Blue it’s interesting I find the various ways that some people try and minimise this from focusing on legal definitions of age of consent as though the issue started and finished there through to those who think if sex happened the girls knew exactly what they were upto and were equal and willing participants through to the real misogynists who think the girls are lying and only after money. PA is at the very least a stupid, thick, spoilt, entitled sorry excuse for a man who obviously is totally incapable of maintaining a mature, grown up relationship with a proper women. If he wasn’t PA he’d just be seen as a dirty old man by now wouldn’t he?

Iam64 Tue 19-Nov-19 16:06:40

Thanks for keeping on telling it like it is suziewoozie. It does seem like banging the head on the wall though. Some here much prefer to call girls trafficked, manipulated, exploited and abused ‘prostututes’.
It seems some people are unable to see where responsibility lies and it isn’t with school girls picked out by Ms G Maxwell so she can train them to be sex workers.

The issue here isn’t whether PA or others broke the law regarding the legal age of consent, there’s the issue of informed consent amongst so many other

at 17 a young girl is still often naive as to how badly grown men behave
I expect that she thought a Royal would not behave so badly

I do hate the way women have it in for the young women rather than the entitled spoilt middle-aged men.

Men are often predatory and this is an example of rich men behaving without morals.
I don't doubt that she was sweet talked into what she did and I will not judge her.

BlueBelle Tue 19-Nov-19 15:59:19

I think a lot of people are getting hooked up on the fact as to whether he did or did not have sex with a teenage trafficked girl, he probably did, I would imagine probably many as he stated that he couldn’t remember one girl as the house was like Liverpool Street station (or some similar words) .......the real point is do you continue a close friendship which involves staying in the mans home with a convicted sex offender, if you find abuse of young girls distasteful, surely only someone who ‘used’ young women would find it acceptable to be ‘friends’ for ten years with such a man

suziewoozie Tue 19-Nov-19 15:57:33

And MOnica my post is also relevant to what you’ve said - it’s much more complex than she was 17 so consented. We do not legally accept teachers having sex with their pupils at that age

suziewoozie Tue 19-Nov-19 15:54:06

Quite star you don’t know the facts - what does seem accepted is that she was ‘recruited’ at 15 by PA’s great friend GM to work as a ‘masseuse’ at Mar -a-Lago ( as in Donald Trumps pad) and from there ‘recruited ‘ into JEs service. What girl from a happy secure home would normally be following that trajectory? Would you also have no sympathy for the victims of the Rotherham etc grooming gangs who were often ‘recruited’ at 13 or so and still with them several years later. The psychology of why some girls ( and boys) are susceptible to being groomed and then don’t even recognise what’s happened to them as abuse until much later is complex and no where as simple as you suggest. So all girls recruited young and still involved a few years later deserve no sympathy? How heartless.

M0nica Tue 19-Nov-19 15:49:48

pinkquartz 'they say' children as young a 12 were involved. 'they say' is not evidence until there is proof.

The only thing that PA has been accused of is having sex with a 17 year old in London, where the age of consent is 16.

I do not deal in rumour. Let us stick to what the witness claim is - and so far the witness claim is that she had sex with PA in London when she was 17 - and in the UK that is legal.

starbird Tue 19-Nov-19 15:45:01

Big Bucks not bugs!

starbird Tue 19-Nov-19 15:43:42

I don’t have a lot of sympathy for a girt “trafficked” at 17. It may be illegal to have sex with same in the USA but not in other places. She must have been very naive and I wonder if she had contact with her parents? If, and of course I cannot know the facts, she chose this lifestyle to make big bugs and hope to marry a rich man, then in many countries she would be called a prostitute. I can’t believe that she could not walk away if she wanted to.
As for Andrew saying he should not have visited after Epstein was charged, he should not have visited as soon as he saw procurement going on, regardless of the age of the girls and whether or not he participated in it.
I fee sorry for his daughters - they’ve had so much to put up with from both parents.

suziewoozie Tue 19-Nov-19 15:26:44

Tiny tiny difference here eazy none of the men mentioned by CB had been photographed with him ( or other young men at parties), none had admitted being friends with others in the VIP ring who organised the parties and none of them had served time already for paedophilia nor were any of them on the sex offenders register. Apart from just just like CB. Everything made up

eazybee Tue 19-Nov-19 15:07:29

Carl Beech?

suziewoozie Tue 19-Nov-19 14:53:57

Why don’t you say what you really think annie that all the women involved are lying, money grubbing, sexual predators who take advantage of poor innocent men? Poor PA so naive, so gullible, so trusting - it just breaks my heart how he’s been so abused by these harlots <sobs>

I expect all the men who came forward years later after being abused by men of the cloth were also making it all up and just after money. FFS

Anniebach Tue 19-Nov-19 14:38:17

Thank you Sparkle I choose to hear what people say than read press reports.

Could be coincidence the woman decided to speak out about the island the day following Andrew said he had visited the island and had a lawyer with her. Strange a lawyer speaks out for a new client after only 24 hours .

Perhaps she has been a client for much longer and only yesterday remembered she had received an invite to the island!

Sparklefizz Tue 19-Nov-19 14:34:09

Oh,*suzie*, then you have already read elsewhere the list of names mentioned, both men and women. Why be a snob about The Sun? I won't tell anyone you've clicked on it grin

suziewoozie Tue 19-Nov-19 14:28:33

I’ve already heard about his private island and read what tge latest person to come forward has said about it so don’t need to ever click on the Sun

Sparklefizz Tue 19-Nov-19 14:19:57

Thanks for that link Annie - shocking to read, but very informative. Pity you refuse to read it Suziewoozie, but .... [shrugs]

suziewoozie Tue 19-Nov-19 14:14:34

I don’t ride a bike
