I doubt she would sue unless she was given assurance by her legal team that she would win.

So her father has broken the law by giving the letter to the press ?

Technically, she owned the copyright to that letter, and allowing it to be printed in one magazine was her right, she still retains copyright and can still sue another publication who prints it without permission. I agree it was hardly a good idea though.

What is baffling in her letter to her father is -

‘ so to hear the attacks you have made at Harry who was

I have it on the very best authority that when she was plotting to ensnare PH ( I think that was before she was born) she cast a spell on PA to make sure he involved himself in the GM/JE set. She was with a chef when in Canada but left him when she met Harry.

I was put off her by the way she dumped her first husband. By post returning his rings. Apparently he was stunned. She was in Suits in Toronto and he was in the US.

I still think she is mean to cut out her father and tell him he will never see the baby.

If there is a good reason then it would be better if we knew because I think she is awful showing off the new baby but telling its granddad he will never meet him.

I only read about the letter.....tbh I haven't read all about her..... just a few bits of gossip and I have seen her in photos....

She is suing over the paper publishing an extract from the letter she wrote to her father....
the same letter she gave permission to a friend to have published in a magazine... or so I have read.

I have heard a rumour that the real reason is to stop a certain video being let loose......
