Good morning from a bright and chilly South Yorkshire.

Had a lovely day out yesterday and could easily have spent up but managed some self restraint! (I've already got loads of Xmas decorations, and there were some tempting lively ones on display, but I didn't succumb ?).

Oh gilly, I'm so sorry and saddened to hear your news today. I do hope that some of your family are able to be with you when you speak with the consultant today. I continue to send my prayers and thoughts to you and Mr gilly and your family. ?

Annie that is good news to hear that at long last you have got a handrail fitted. I hope you find the courage to take a step or two outdoors.
