Good morning.
I'm glad you mention the pollen Urmstongran as the reason for a very sore throat, I thought I was sickening for something. The London air feels very dry today.
The grandchildren are being delivered to me later while their parents choose a new car. They completely forgot they had to change theirs before their holiday to France in a couple of weeks.
I hope you all enjoy your day.

Morning Mick, Beechnut and all who follow. It's sunny with a few hazy patches here in Cheshire, but I think it will all burn away when the sun is higher.
Sounds as though you have your day all planned Mick. Enjoy browsing around the flea market.

Beechnut at least the coach will have air con. I'm off to meet old colleagues for lunch in Liverpool, two of whom I haven't seen for years. DD and GS are going to tag along and visit the Tate and Museum.

Enjoy your day everyone. Anyone feeling under the weather take good care of yourself.

Good morning, you lucky people with warm weather. Here, it is just approaching the end of the first month of winter and we have lots of morning frosts and quite bitter days. At least, today, when the sun got going, it was relatively warm and the terribly cold southern winds had died down.

Of course, I shall be dancing around when December comes with the first month of summer.

Good morning Mick and Beechnut and all who follow from sunny South Manchester.

I’m up early because my hay fever symptoms woke me. Cuppa tea now for my scratchy throat. The pollen count has to be super high (like yesterday apparently) before it affects me. I don’t like to take an antihistamine unless absolutely necessary - silly really.

I need to pack a few things later for our trip up to the Highlands tomorrow. It’ll take us 8 hours in total so will be picking dad up en route, about 9am.

Babysitting tonight I think.

Hope Saturday is good to us all whether we have plans or none. x

Good Morning everyone.
Dry and very warm here on Severnside.
I’m off out on a coach trip today and not sure what to wear.

Hope you all have a lovely day and enjoy your curry Mick

Good Morning Everyone,
Its a blue sky start this morning in Brackley.
My usual day out but with rising temperatures I will take bottled water with me and purchase as well.
Hoping I spot a bargain on the flea market, and then later see if I can make the perfect curry , having posted on the food forum and got some useful tips earlier .
Mick
