I said on here a good few months ago that my 45 year old daughter and her partner were going to make me a first time grandmother. I am delighted to announce that he has arrived! I was in Rhodes for my son's wedding on that happy day (great timing, eh?) but we came home late on Monday and yesterday we went to see him. He is, of course, gorgeous and I am so HAPPY.
I apologise for making this thread all about me but after I made the original announcement a Gransnetter did ask me to come back on when the baby had been born, and he has so I did! grin
