Good morning from the NE coast where we have a fairly bright start but forecast light rain later.
I got loads of jobs done in the garden yesterday but didn’t get round to doing my car as DD arrived with Evie unexpectedly which was lovely so we decided to go out for a late pub lunch instead. Thank goodness she is much better after the nasty reaction to the MMR jabs.

So glad your DD got sorted with her wedding dress Marydoll maybe all the other cancelled appointments weren’t meant to be anyway as this one was always waiting for her. I’m sorry to hear that you are still suffering with high blood pressure and I hope they can get things under control for you soon.

Good luck with your blood tests Mick and anyone else with hospital/GP appointments today I hope they go well.

Glad you had such an enjoyable day Maw .

Did I ever mention that I hate Mondays? (And Tuesdays, wednesdays, thursdays....) off to “that place” then picking up the children from schools at tea time as I have them for 2 overnights this week.

Have a good Monday everyone x

Good morning Mick and All.

Off to dentist for check up, clean and asking for more antibiotics for gum infection which won’t go away.

Your day sounded fab Maw. What a relief for you Mary that your DD has got her wedding dress. So sorry you are still not feeling well hope the doc can sort you out today.

DS sent photos of him and his lovely lady at a Colombian evening in Brighton, they certainly know how to party. ??

Morning all. It's a glorious morning in Cheshire. The wren was singing its heart out around 5.30, a pleasant if noisy start to the day.

Hope all goes well with the tests Mick. Sorry you're still feeling unwell Mary, hope it gets sorted soon. Amazing that your DD found the dress in one day!

Happy day everyone, whatever you're doing.

Good morning from a grey, damp Colchester. Warm though.
Walking Netball this morning.

Good morning Mick and all from the Scottish Borders. Overcast but dry.
Weĺl done your DD Marydoll but please take it easy this week.
What a great party you all had Maw.

I want to find a wedding guest outfit but never get time to shop. I can't do on-line.
Hope you all have a good day.

Morning Mick, owning All from a bright, cloudy corner of Somerset. Routine stuff today then Granny detail this evening. Hope Monday is kind to everyone.

Good morning all from a cloudy Glasgow.

Couldn't sleep, so pottering about. I have a GP appointment today, still feeling unwell and my BP is still very high, despite being a good girl! I'm becoming very frustrated, as I still can't drive or go out on my own.

DD got her wedding dress yesterday, I can't believe it!!! We had to cancel a number of previous appointemnts to look at dresses because I was ill. My stress levels were going up by the minute, as DD was totally unphased by the whole business and I knew we were running out of time.
A minimum of ten months to order a wedding dress, it seems that after Brexit (sorry for mentioning on the
Good Morning Thread )it will be even longer!!!
I had visions of trailing round wedding shops, without any results.

Good luck with your tests today, Mick and Maw sounds as if you had a ball!

Happy Monday, everyone.

Morning all from a bright North Leicestershire.

Ironing day for me! DD1 is calling in for lunch on her way home from a meeting and then I have a Carer's course this evening.

The networking event went really well yesterday and we felt we spread the word about interacting with the Alzheimer's Society well.

Sounds like a good time was had by all, maw.

Good morning everyone from N Bucks.
Exhausted after a lovely birthday party yesterday in Waltham Forest for DGS Flynn who is 3. There must have been twenty to thirty children ranging from 9 (eldest DGS ) to 9 weeks ((littlest DGS) plus their parents-all DD’s hypnobirthing friends, colleagues, neighbours etc etc plus some aunts, uncles and a few grandparents! Lovely to spend the whole afternoon in the open air with singing led by a wonderful couple I have seen there before and of course space to run around, trees and logs to climb over, it was hard to believe we were in London, I bet some children slept soundly last night!
I am now off to Birmingham this morning to take part in a research project into Dementia and plan to meet DD1 for a coffee first.
Wishing you all a pleasant day and hope the blood test goes well, Mick! !

Good morning all. Fairly bright here in Northampton.

Great barbecue yesterday at DS's, nice to be with all the family.

Dentist this morning, which I'm not looking forward to! Then a visit to the post office collection centre to pick up a parcel which they tried to deliver on Friday when I was out.

Good luck with your blood test Mick.

Hope everyone's day goes well.
