Does anyone agree with me that Meghan looks a lot better with her bit of pregnancy weight? Her face has filled out and she looks really healthy and well. Of course she looks so happy with her new baby, but there is a glow about her that we haven't seen before. I hope she doesn't try and slim back into her jeans within a couple of weeks, as most celebrities seem to do.

Just read a Wiki article. Quarter of an hour of my life I'll never get back. hmm grin

Anniebach Mon 13-May-19 22:47:09

It’s true , at a staff Christmas party , she accused Tiggy of having an abortion

Gonegirl Mon 13-May-19 22:20:45

Ok....... not a clue about that one.

Anniebach Mon 13-May-19 22:15:10

So saying how thrilled Diana would be is acceptable, saying Diana said a young girl had undergone an abortion is not acceptable, hypocritical surely

Gonegirl Mon 13-May-19 22:15:04

Oh for geaven's sake. Diana is dead and neither Meghan or Harry will be reading Gransnet.

maryeliza54 Mon 13-May-19 22:09:04

FFS picking over the bones of a woman dead for over 20 years. Do you realise how absolutely disgusting this is and especially in the context of the birth ofAlfie. How Christian - the way this thread had gone makes me sick. I’m off it and so should anyone else be with an ounce of human decency.

Anniebach Mon 13-May-19 21:57:26

Framilode any thing I say brings accusations of hate . What is puzzling is some things she said are believed, if they don’t fit with the ‘poor girl was a victim of her wicked husband ‘ they are dismissed as lies. I know she tipped off the press when taking her sons somewhere, i am deeply sorry to say things about her because she was mentally ill
But it is so wrong the Windsors are judged so harshly .

Charles gave one interview about the marriage breakdown, dismissed as lies .

Framilode Mon 13-May-19 21:39:31

I agree with you about Diana Anniebach. A lot of the 'facts' that are now taken as true by people are the spin she put out when she was wanting to separate from Charles.

moggie57 Mon 13-May-19 20:47:22

i thought she looked a lot less strained.and more rosier. motherhood "suits" her...lol

Anniebach Mon 13-May-19 20:47:18

I agree Gonegirl the awful attack on poor Tiggy because the boys wanted to spend more time with her, they adored Tiggy, Harry is Godfather to one of her children.

Anniebach Mon 13-May-19 20:43:36

Didn’t work Iam , the poor woman was ill.

Gonegirl Mon 13-May-19 20:42:26

I can't imagine Diana as a mother-in-law. I'm not at all sure she would have been very good at sharing her sons.

Iam64 Mon 13-May-19 20:08:04

What does that mean Annie?
Diana engaged with treatment with a well qualified and well respected psychotherapist.

Anniebach Mon 13-May-19 20:01:37

Oh dear, more upset coming .

Harry’s mother , unless she had received treatment, would have been the mother in law from hell

We live in a commuter village (? not big enough to call a town) my Father had just lost his wife and lived 150 miles away, I wanted to shout from the rooftops, but desperately wanted my Mum, such an emotional few days.

I can remember going up to the passport office in London to get our babies passport at 6 days old. Husband dropped me at the door and went off to park and come back with baby in pram, I had taken a cushion to sit on!!!! I think it's the only time I have been in London with no make-up and a very baggy pair of jogging bottoms (husbands).

I can still see my Mums face, she has had got right up to the arrivals hall (very lax security) we were waiting for luggage pram etc. not sure who cried more her or me, baby slept!!

EllanVannin Mon 13-May-19 19:47:54

Harry's mother would have been overjoyed. How very sad sad

Anniebach Mon 13-May-19 19:43:07

You didn’t live in a Welsh town GrannyGravy ? and not part of a large extended Welsh family . When I went into labour with our second baby we had recently moved to a new town, I asked a neighbour if she would come to our house to look after our 22 month old daughter just while my husband drove me to the hospital, about 30 minutes, four neighbours turned up to babysit, lots of hugs

Anniebach Mon 13-May-19 19:36:34

No Bridgeit I think it will last and I truely hope it does last,

Trouble here is any criticism is branded hate and that is so wrong , and it stops any discussion .

Bridgeit Mon 13-May-19 19:32:28

Harry looks happy, so whatever she is doing it can’t be all bad.
Before anyone else says it, I will say it for you.
But for how long?

GrannyGravy13 Mon 13-May-19 19:24:30

Anniebach it was very difficult keeping it quiet, but I was very close to my late Mum and wanted to share with her first and wanted her to be the first to see her GC.

Anniebach Mon 13-May-19 19:15:49

I don’t like hypocrisy either

Anniebach Mon 13-May-19 19:15:20

Is discussing other threads on a thread one is posting on allowed ?

Anniebach Mon 13-May-19 19:13:46

Bekett I do not hate, my posts anger some but I am doing what you are doing , you post your opinion on what I say, I post my opinion on Megan, I am not swayed by the media , I really think she is PR savvy . Seeing her with Harry it is obvious she is in control , I don’t like controlling people , they make the person they are controlling look pathetic .

Whitewavemark2 Mon 13-May-19 19:06:10

becket haven’t you read any thread entitle “Corbyn”
????

Beckett Mon 13-May-19 19:04:13

Anniebach I don't understand where your intense dislike, almost hatred, of a woman you have never met comes from. Your posts usually show a great deal of compassion and understanding but for some reason not where Meghan is concerned.
