Good morning from a very wet, breezy and cold South Yorkshire. It’s forecast for most of the day. Luckily, I don’t have to be out and about today. Just as well, really as I was awake until 3 am churning something over. Got up and made a hot drink in the end which helped me to settle.
Happy birthday, Cornergran. It’s a shame it’s too wet to go to the garden centres for you today, but as you say, it’s something to look forward to, and it’s supposed to dry up and brighten up a bit on Friday.?

A late good morning from the Scottish Borders. It has lashed down with rain all night long and is still pouring and cold . Won’t be doing much at all today except getting very wet. Might finish my book. Might end up going home a day early

Oh nearly forgot to share my GREAT news .... (no I haven’t won the lottery ) but I did win the Hotel Chocolat and Strawberry Thief competition ! Yes me! I never win anything ......

dragonfly our tree peony isn't flowering yet. I love it, the flowers are a dark red. It was cut right down a few years ago by an ( I thought ) over zealous gardener, but it did it the world of good ?

Grey and wet here too today. Off to to one of my groups this morning then home to do some cooking. We seem to be have been living on 'if it meals' ( if we've got it, you can have it) as been so busy with different things. So thought i would do some proper cooking this afternoon and maybe put a couple of dishes in the freezer.

I plan to phone rheumatology specialist nurse, for advice as I think that yet another of my RA drugs may be the culprit.

Woke up to a very wet day here, could hardly see through the back windows, and looks as though most everyone has the same weather. I have made a cake, and it will be done in about 45 mins. So glad I got my duvet dry yesterday. Hoping to see a friend later. Have a good day one and all.
