Aquacise Music

I haven’t been to my aquacise class for over a year, for health reasons, but when I did, I didn’t know any of the music, and just spent an hour working myself to death and watching the clock!! I actually enjoyed though! Time I started again.

Not for years but I will put them on Spotify later through the Bose as my oldest mate is round today. We were st school together and 55.... all your songs took me back! Thanks op.

Might add a few ABBA songs too!

Just returned from weekly aquacise class. Really enjoy it mainly because the music makes the time go quickly.we regularly work out to:

Duke of Earl
Then He Kissed Me
Leader Of The Pack
Sherry Baby

These are just a few. Do other G.N’ers listen to the same?
