Bright but v windy here in Wiltshire! Busy morning preparing for friends to lunch, now chilling before friends come to supper!!!

Good morning from me, too
very sunny with unbroken blue sky (at the moment) and a mild breeze here in the wider Guildford area of Surrey
Gabriella; same here too in Melb, but 26C instead. Ideal weather for giving Freda a spin each day and meeting new neighbours.
Btw I don't think you've caught up with our niece, Sally, yet. Lives in Guildford and drives trains for Southern, or whatever its called these days. Say, Rufus sends his love! She won't have a clue what you're talking about! grin.

Thank you dragonfly smile
We don't see each other very often, her job and distance being the reasons so yes, it is rather special.

Lucky you mumofmadboys
I love that area and lived/worked there on and off in my teens.
Enjoy and I hope the weather is good.

Good mornong everyone from Warminster.
The weather here is broght and sunny which definitely lifts the mood.
We are having one of those mornings when a package from Brook Taverner was delivered to the wrong address by DHL and some invitations that we ordered from M&S turned out to be the wrong ones. My husband is on the phone as we speak.
Have a wonderful few days walking Mumof madboys and hope that you all have a pleasent day whatever you are doing.

Have a good time with your daughter Gabriella special times!

Auntieflo Mon 15-Apr-19 09:56:33

Morning Michael, Annie, good news re Fred’s garage, and all.
We are supposed to be getting our shed re-roofed today. It’s been waiting since the end of January!
Also expecting a delivery of ‘smoke bombs’ for the carpet moth which seem to be popping up upstairs. Does anyone know if it works?
I suppose I should start thinking about what to pack, as we go away next Monday. I’d love someone to do it for me ?
Have a good day one and all.

Good morning from me, too.
It's very sunny with unbroken blue sky (at the moment) and a mild breeze here in the wider Guildford area of Surrey.
M&S today to return a linen shirt - sleeves far too long, then a mooch around the shops and market.
Tomorrow is hairdressers and lunch with my youngest daughter who is arriving from York for 2 days.
No doubt much to catch up on.
Have a good day everyone...smilebrewcupcake

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. The sun is shining in South Yorkshire but it is cold. We have to make a trip into town, which I am not relishing. GS and his parents are due back from Paris this afternoon; I am so looking forward to seeing them! Have a good day folks.

Good morning to you all, not sure what the weather is like outside, it looks promising, it depends on the wind. I aim to get out on my buggie if the wind is not too cold, there are just one or two things I need. I seem to have lost my confidence, but really must. Had a lovely day and meal yesterday with my daughter and son in law. He has finally sorted my broadband and phone, so that I am paying a little less, and I managed to show him how my NGTS system works - he had little faith! (that's a telephone system for the hard of hearing) Enjoy your days.

Morning All

Bright and sunny here in the north of Norfolk and hopefully it’s going to get a bit warmer in the sunshine.

Got a meeting this morning and then off to DS’s to take some plants over which I thinned from the garden yesterday. I know who’ll end up planting them!

ninathenana Mon 15-Apr-19 07:58:33

Morning everyone.
Quiet a bright start in Kent, I must get and put some laundry on.
DH will be in the garden most of today whilst I potter in doors.
Have a good day everyone.

Brunette10 Mon 15-Apr-19 07:49:32

Good Morning to all from a bright but very cold Fife. Schools back today. Everyone seems to have a busy day planned. I have various greetings cards to buy so will pop down the town for a browse. Not been down there since M & S closed will find it very odd. Hope everyone has a good day. For those who have DGC - enjoy! For those who don't - enjoy smile Never understand either why we can't spend our Scottish notes in England.

Good morning from east London, bright and clear this morning but what a change from my view of the last few days looking down on Tobermory bay. It was well worth the 500 ( and 20 miles) both ways but at least we didn’t walk it. I’ve got tennis at lunchtime to pick me up and the packing for a few days in Northumberland. Have a good day.

gillybob Mon 15-Apr-19 07:48:50

I Hope you have a lovely holiday BlueSapphire I can imagine holidaying on your own might be a bit daunting the first time you do it (well done you) and I hope you meet some nice fellow travellers. Have one last check and then breathe. Do check in and let us know how it’s going (if you get chance of course) I’ve got the “Blue Danube” going round and round in my head now.... x
