Good Morning Everyone,
Its a bright blue sky start here in Brackley this morning, less chilly than lately.
Usual shop, bank etc today ,mainly quiet after the last week or so, will relax watching cycling on TV this afternoon.
Mick

Afternoon Mick and All.

Late sign in from me as our internet was down, oh woe is me felt bereft without all you lovely Good Morning pals to say hello to!

Had lunch out with friends, off to the local amateur dramatics tonight.

Thank you Anneliese63, it’s a pain isn’t it. You’d think I would learn by now.
Anyway, I’ve remembered that I wanted to say to NinatheNana, that a few years ago, we both forgot our anniversary, so I bought a card that we both liked and we both wrote in it, with the year. Tight or what?
Anyway this was fine for a couple of years, then guess what? we forgot again.
I think he knows I love him to bits by now, as it will be our 58th anniversary this year, in September.
(I’ll go and look out the card now)

Auntieflo It’s so annoying isn’t it! If I need need to look back, I copy what I typed first, then when it’s disappeared, I just paste it in again. It’s a bit long winded but better than forgetting what I wanted to say! Hope you and your DH are feel better soon. thanks

Morning All , it has been lovely here but clouds are rolling in.
My Younger sister is calling to go shopping ! , she thinks she is younger than she is , just back from visiting in one country and off on hols to another , I can't keep up with her , but it is lovely to see her

Auntieflo Fri 12-Apr-19 09:59:13

I’ve tried twice before and keep losing my post! Why can’t you look back to a previous page, without losing all you have written? B****r.
Anyway, good morning all. DH is coughing for England, again, and I have woken up with a scratchy throat and a ‘hot’ nose. If I were a dog, I’d take me to the vet.
Can’t now remember what I was going to say, so have a good day one and all.

Good morning, it’s sunny, bright, chilly and i’m on the Isle of Mull. (My post yesterday from city airport didn’t seem to make it). Definite walking weather and first choir session this evening with the Mull ‘girls’ . Have a good day.

Brunette10 Fri 12-Apr-19 09:24:36

1inamillion Fri 12-Apr-19 09:19:56

Good morning all from a dry and bright S Welsh coast.
A late start for me due to a disturbed night, kept DH awake too but he has brought me a cup of tea so think I am forgiven.
Welcome SisterAct and Anneliese63
Are you going to the Guggenheim Dora?
I've only been to a Greek restaurant once, that was in Cambridge in the 70's, I had moussaka for the first time, which I liked, and ouzo which I didn't.
Happy Anniversary Nina ?

Anneliese63 Fri 12-Apr-19 08:53:59

Good morning! My first time posting here, though I look most days. Lovely sunny day here in the Black Country, though rather chilly at the moment. Looking forward to lunch with a good friend who I haven’t seen for a few months. Have a good day everyone!

oldgaijin Fri 12-Apr-19 08:52:10

Good morning from yet another chilly, grey Aberdeenshire.
Still don't feel so good with this pain in my side and had a rotten sleep...can't wait to speak to the oncologist on Monday.
I think it will be an ironing day as it has now reached scaffolding stages, after I have taken the mutt for his daily romp,
Have a good day everyone.

Pittcity Fri 12-Apr-19 08:41:03

Good morning from an overcast Colchester.
The garden storage that was delivered yesterday was damaged so I need to wait in again for it to be collected and replaced.... good job we're retired and have no firm plans.

Brunette10 Fri 12-Apr-19 08:37:28

Good Morning from Fife. It's not as bright as its been lately but still quite nice. Enjoyed that extra little stay in bed. Nina Happy Anniversary - enjoy today/tomorrow too even if you forgot the card smile. Glad DH enjoyed his Greek meal Marydoll and good luck for today. No definite plans for today will have a nice quiet day I think. For those feeling under the weather, take care.

Annapops Fri 12-Apr-19 08:17:20

Good morning from Brugge. A cloudy start to the day but at least it's dry. Day 2 of sightseeing.
Yesterday we took a boat trip on the canal and walked for what seemed like miles from one very pretty square to another. The city itself is so quiet and vehicle restrictions make it so easy for pedestrians, as long as you watch out for all those bikes.
Have a happy Friday everyone.

Urmstongran Fri 12-Apr-19 08:14:38

Good morning everyone from a beautifully warm and sunny Malaga. Yesterday the temperature was 25°C and we needed sun cream on our faces and arms when we strolled along the paseo. There is a sailing club nearby and looking out now there are a few little boats with white sails on the Mediterranean - it all looks picturesque against the blue sky.

Where do you live Justme67? Hope you enjoy your Scrabble - it’s addictive isn’t it?

Happy anniversary nina 4️⃣4️⃣ ?
Hope all who are feeling under the weather today get well soon.
Have a good Friday everybody whatever your plans or none.
x

Morning all from North Leicestershire where my weather is very similar to topsy's.

DD3 is coming for the day with the wondrous (and sturdy!) Wolfie. She is also bringing his big brother who is too poorly for school.

Grounds for divorce Nina?. Happy anniversary.

gillythanks

I'm sorry for people with tooth problems!
