Looks like my kind of programme - I'm looking forward to it

It was filmed at Sezincote House in Gloucestershire.

Just Googled and it is thought to be starting in June, something to look forward too.

The series is set in late 18th century India ( I love programmes that are set in India ) and looks at the lives of residents living in Delhi mansions, and explores intrigue murder, and greed as well as love and loyalty between a British and their relationship with the Indians.

Jura2, this chap was born in Jericho in Oxford---1989.

The leading man, Tom Bateman is one of 14 children and has a twin brother !

Any idea what the title is about. When I first came to work in the UL, I worked for Beecham's on the Great West Road in Brentford, London- so title made me jump.

It's going to be on ITV Jane but it stated that a screening date has yet to be announced.
I'm hoping that they advertise it a few weeks before, as they sometimes do.
My favourite at the moment is Victoria and I tried to watch Versailles but gave up on it as I found it too weird.

Yes. looking forward to it. I remember learning about, and being fascinated by, the East India Company and the Indian history of that period for O level History, and hope it will present both sides of the story.
