Was told by council in January the bungalows had to have new windows and doors, I said ‘ mine are fine’, was told ‘you have to have them , new rules by Welsh Assembly.
Work started last week on the 8 bungalows opposite me, I am realy stressed about having it done. Was told yesterday four tenants across the road have refused so they are not having the work done, 4 bungalows with new windows 4 with old windows,
Garden fence falling over, tenants agreement- tenants responsible for garden and fencing . I have had trouble finding someone to put up the new fence , plus working out flipping metres . Had saved to have a base built for Fred’s garage , that money now goes for the fence and Fred comes back in hall.
Was told yesterday, this row of 6 bungalows use to have open back area with a fence at end of my bungalow and the 6th bungalow. So my big fence isn’t mine but the councils.
Have bought the new fencing , being fitted tomorrow.
My dogs have to go to kennels when windows are fitted .
Have a garage for Fred which I can’t use and fencing for a fence which isn’t my responsibility.
Fed up, cheesed off, hate social housing
