There’s a lull here so thought I’d nip into see what’s what. We’ve had friends staying for a couple of days, a young couple with an almost 3 year old, who is a charming but very lively wee boy. They took themselves off to a local attraction this morning, returning mid afternoon so the little chap could have a nap - mum didn’t reappear. I’m guessing she dozed off too, dad went upstairs about half an hour ago and hasn’t returned!! I’m thinking it may be quite a long evening as there’s no way a 3 year old will want to go to bed after such a late nap - I may need to deploy all my best grannying strategies tonight!
soop what an excellent plan to have a wee break when it’s suitable to do so. Good luck with that decluttering and selling, looking round our house I can see how “stuff” has accumulated in the 10 years we’ve been here. We arrived newly decluttered but now..... I’m sure items breed when I’m not looking!
Love that Easter bonnet Susan, what a lovely cheery photo. corner my balance is rubbish too. It was never great but since having a hip replaced a few years ago and now with dodgy knees it’s awful. I feel I like I’m always having to concentrate on where I put my feet and not just rush around willy nilly. Like you it’s mostly my pride that’s been damaged but after a broken joint in my hand a couple of years ago and more recently a badly sprained ankle I’d much prefer to stay upright. Hope you’re mending anno
panache you’ve such a lot to cope with every day, it’s amazing that you stay so cheerful. Not without a lot of effort on your part I’m sure, I guess your positive attitude has seen you through difficult times in the past and still does the same today. Wondering how Ann and Mr and Mrs Syn are going and what news of Izabella?
Well it’s still like sleepy hollow here, I’ve got a chicken casserole in the oven, thankfully it’s a tolerant sort of dish that can be a moveable feast if necessary. Wishing you all a pleasant evening and of course toya
