Do you have osteoarthritis /osteoporosis?

Have you asked advice from your doctor?

My friend had to wear a brace during the day for this very issue. I'd go and see your GP and as Tanith has said, a physio programme.

To be safe I would see your GP and ask for physio or an excercise sheet to use at home.

I have had so many problems with my back over the last 18months or so and now have an issue with hip and upper thigh which affect how i walk. I noticed that i tend to stoop forward now which isnt an attractive look. Can anyone recommend some easy exercises to strengthen my back muscles bearing in mind i am wary of setting off further issues.
