Oh, the waiting......

Waiting - for exam results, medical tests, the delivery man, etc - is not my specialist subject! Trying to occupy myself here, but feeling very distracted. Had a routine mammogram a couple of weeks ago and yesterday had a recall letter - need to go to hospital a week today. I know all the statistics and it’s more likely to be fine, than not - but can’t stop worrying. Last autumn I had post menopausal bleeding and had to have the scans for that, with a follow up scan in January. They’re going to do a follow up scan in 4 months, but it’s a small cyst, so ok. So I guess I should take heart from that. Bit of sunshine in the garden anyway. Onwards and upwards!

Very trying! - but do not wish time away - it goes quite fast enough! smile

We have sunshine here but wind is enough to blow you over!

Best to you.

It's a difficult time Lisagran I am impatient too, like everything done straight away. I hope its just a blip, I had a recall and it was just thickened tissue so fingers crossed.
Lovely pic.

Its hard Lisagran. A week can be a long time when you're waiting.

Thanks. I was falling apart a bit this morning. Feel a bit more together this afternoon. Just need to keep busy - the garden has benefitted from my restlessness today! Brought some pots inside to cheer me up smile

Waiting is so awful. We know what advice we would give our friends but it is still difficult to push it to the back of the mind.

I love your pots. Your grape hyacinths are so pretty in the matching vase. Mine are in fine fettle in a large 20" pot on top of the garden table with tulips buried deep to come up as the grape hyacinths fade.

I am very impatient and nervy in a situation like this and understand your feelings so well.
Please know that we are all with you.

Yes waiting is awful. I remember posting on here a couple of years ago that we were going to the hospital that day to see if the treatment for my DH's cancer had worked. The appointment was 4.30 or something. That day was horrible. However it was good news as I'm sure it will be for you.

Thanks KatyK - glad you had good news; hope I do too.
