I just love the animals anyway and I think a lot of humans can learn from them as regards looking after their offspring.

Yes Maw, I love all creatures and watch any documentary about animals and their lives.
The ones with the penguins looking after their precious egg between them, travelling miles for food and bringing it back to feed their partner.
Or the huge Gorillas being so gentle with their tiny baby and the Elephant families who protect the new baby, there's one clip that I've seen, where the little one fell into mud and they all rushed to get him out. I'm often in tears watching how caring animals and birds and even sea creatures are with their young.
Animals in my opinion are much nicer than a lot of humans.

What a lovely photo Maw I’m always moved seeing piglets and sows (probably bluddy rare to spend much time together and I can’t bear to think about that) as I believe they are highly intelligent and loving.
