If she came back I am sure when she first came out of Syria she would be offered a medical in case she needed treatment for any medical condition. It always happens to those coming out of hostage situations - John Waite, John McCarthy - she would be no different. A medical would show whether she had recently given birth and a the baby would almost certainly be given a DNA test. She has absolutely nothing to gain and everything to lose by any pretence at this stage.
And lets face it, what would anyone have to gain by it? She is just one of about a dozen British ISIS wives there. She is only in the news because she spoke to the Times reporter. I expect that any of the British brides would have been as useful to him . He was looking for a story and needed an English speaking refugee. I doubt if he cared who she was.
She is of no propaganda value, that has clearly been shown over the last week with all the stupid counterproductive statements this silly woman has made and no monetary value either. The camp itself is run by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and ISIS has no value for women anyway, they are expendable, they have no interest in her.
