At present she has not Bangladeshi citizenship and they have said she will not be given it. So she is stateless.

I agree they should all be treated exactly the same way. And all should be treated with regard to international law. We should update our treason laws and have isis as a prescribed group that is tig join you are automatically jailed for life.

That takes away the need for gathering evidence in a war zone for specific atrocities.
