My husband just received a phone call telling him there was a warrant out to have him arrested for non payment to HMRC.
He hung up swiftly, and without comment.
I laughed, but would probably have wet myself if I had taken the call.
He looked on line then, for scams. If he had followed instructions and pressed the button as directed, to what turns out to be a genuine, but cloned phone number, it would have, no doubt, cost a fortune.
