Good morning all from the 0 degrees
Scottish Borders.
Back to the routine today. Coffee with friends this morning to knit and natter. Badminton this evening if all are well enough.
I think I have windows 10 already. How would I know?

Good morning all. It's very frosty in Northampton this morning , so had better wrap up warm when I go out today.
Meeting a friend in town today for lunch.
Vet has set my mind at rest re cats; she gave her a thorough check over, says she's fit and well, not lost weight, and the behaviour is probably cattery related, ie they are sulking, and just let them be, so I will just see what happens.
Hope your day goes well.

Good morning Michael and all GNs. It looks rather grey in South Yorkshire this morning. We had a good walk yesterday and I am paying the price today with a very sore hip. These things are sent to try us! I will hasten slowly..... Have a good day folks!

Good morning from a frosty Glasgow, it's -2 here.

I'm off out to meet a friend for lunch and a bit of retail thereapy. I haven't seen her since before Christmas, so we will have lots of catching up to do.

Have a good day everyone.

Good morning from a cold, wet Colchester.
Usual Wednesday coffee meetup this morning.

Morning Mick and All.

Glad you are getting to grips with your updated computer Mick.

I too must get on with the ironing that I do very occasionally when neatly ironed clothes are few and far between in our wardrobes.

Calm and cold in South Bucks.

Good Morning all and to those who follow. It's quite dark here at the moment in Fife but from what I can see it's quite frosty. Hopefully the sun will show its little head today too. Looking forward to getting DGS1 today who shall keep us on our toes. Delivery of building stuff will be here today in a big lorry so DGS1 will just love that. Hope everyone has a good day.

Good Morning all. Colder but dry and calm here on the south coast.

DH did a first-rate pruning and clearing job in the back garden yesterday and even took the arisings to the tip. I shall help with the front garden, when we get round to it, but yesterday I had ironing, mending and baking to do so was busy indoors.

Today, he is off out with his bike club and i have a hair appointment and choir this evening.

Hope those who are unwell begin to improve and that we all have a good day. sunshine

Good morning All x
Dark, cold, dry and crisp this morning. Slight light looking Eastwards so that's promising. Venus bright and clear.

Not feeling too clever even though I'm over the Christmas lurgy, takes longer to get over being unwell these days sad
I must pull myself together !

Hope all is well with everyone today.

Good Morning from a very frosty Black Country.

Just back from taking my Partner to the train station, back to work today after 2 days off with a sickness bug!

Looks like it may be a chilly but sunny day today, so may join one of the many Health walks organised in this area. I have not done the Wednesday one yet. I have to say oldgaijin I would prefer ironing to oven cleaning any day smile

Hope you all have a good day.

Good morning, it seems very dark this morning and quite cool.
No plans because we are waiting for the plumber.
Lunch out yesterday was a little too spicy and sisters and I ended up taking Gaviscon, Italian sauces can be variable.

Good morning everyone. Cold and dark but with a clear, starry sky. Back to archery this morning, but I'm not really looking forward to it. The leisure centre management have decided in their wisdom to turn off heating in the sports hall for the winter, because they 'don't feel it is needed' (in other words to save money)! Oddly enough the empty gym, reception area, offices etc. are still well heated. So I'm taking in a thermometer to check the temperature and if it's too cold, there could be a mass walk out. Watch this space! smile Hope its a good day for all.

Good morning Mick and all from a wet Aberdeenshire. At least the wind has gone down. Another sewing day, I think and shall attack the ironing pile. It's a job I don't mind...much better than cleaning the oven! Have a good day everyone.

Morning mick, morning nina, morning all.

It's dry and cold in North Leicestershire. Pootling and faffing this morning and school run in Derby this afternoon.

Glad you are getting on with Windows 10, mick and I'm impressed with having a printer for 10 years. Ours usually last about 13 months.

ninathenana Wed 09-Jan-19 06:21:05

Good morning Mick and everyone.

It sounds from the traffic going by that it's wet out but it's too dark to see.
A day of pottering for me, enjoy whatever your doing.

Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark, but its cold and dry outside this morning , as windows 10 its good , and will auto update as to defender and other things , only downside my printer is not working , having had it 10 years plus , I have ordered a new one more compatible with todays tech , with USB etc.
