My son in law as well. Although he died a long time ago he was one of the good guys. He lives on in his children.

Nanabilly your post echoes that of my step-daughter who lost her school friend in December also and whose funeral has yet to take place. I know that right now she's devastated and will remain in a dark place for a long time to come.

Same bubbly person always laughing, both were mischievous at school and I often saw her in the early days.
Now free from her pain and suffering though still managed a smile before she went to sleep. God Bless P. xx

The memories stay in my head and my heart

I remember those I have loved – and continue to love, who are no longer alive. This year is no different.

My little sister who passed away in December and we are yet to have her funeral. She fought for almost 3years with many cancers but always had a smile on her face . She never ever had a bad word to say about anyone .She was funny even as a young child and loved to be silly and make us all laugh and this continued into adulthood. She will be missed in so many ways by so many people . It's a comfort that she is no longer in pain or having to go through all the rigorous treatment though.
