Oh how flipping inconvenient!!!!

You can alternate Ibruprofen and Paracetamol, lots of fluids, honey and hot lemon.

Muck out, and ask someone if they can do the afternoon skip out and fresh hay net. (Daughtet and Grandchild have just gone up to muck out our horse)

Lots of rest hope you feel better soonest.

Life can be really unfair at times, can't it. I do hope you soon feel better and that all your problems get sorted out.

Oh dear what a miserable start and always the same when there are things to do.
Fluids/water a must to flush it out even if you don't eat. Paracetamol every 4 hours and lemon and honey. A tot of dark rum works wonders too !

Oh lovingit you poor thing, that is rotten luck. Your username must seem a little ironic to you right now. As others have said, do only what you have to, have plenty of fluids and paracetemol. You may be able to throw off the worst of it by Boxing Day.

Oh dear - such bad timing. My DD is in the same boat. Hope you can fight it off speedily.

Just take it easy for the next few days lovingit Keep hydrated and do only the essentials. The dog and horse I presume. Then rest.
You should feel a little better then when your visitors come. It is awful isn't it when you look forward to something and this happens

Drink plenty of fluids and take some regular paracetamol. Take today slowly and rest as much as you can. Only do what you absolutely have to.Hope you feel better soon.x

Very bad luck lovingit. Just have to accept it take medication and wait for son to arrive. I hope you have someone to look after the horse. Most important thing is to look after yourself. Hope get well soon.
