Details? Doesn't sound like a very child centred school. I would leave the discussion between parents and teacher. Must say it sounds very unusual in reception.

I am unhappy about the support and help given to my grandson at school. He is actually being punished for not being able to write his name even tho that is part of his disability. Have I a right to complain? He is in Reception.
