I saw that article just this morning on a friend's FB page. It sums up the whole issue very well, I think.

As a gender critical radical feminist my position is that the vast majority if not all TA want to a) retain their genitalia and b) erase women. It’s a good article btw. Did you hear about Julia Hartley Brewer the other day? I disagree with her on practically everything but opposing TA makes for strange bedfellows.

This is an interesting article in The Economist, questioning the direction of transactivism.

The process of applying for a gender-recognition certificate is intrusive and burdensome for many, and there are frustrating waiting lists for medical transition, which are compounded when doctors appear unsympathetic or obstructive. Yet rather than confront male violence or lobby the medical system, the focus of trans activism has overwhelmingly been the feminist movement, spaces and services designed for women, and the meaning of the word “woman”.
