Dearest dragonfly and Isabella My heart goes out to you both. There are no words that adequately convey my sadness that you are facing an almighty struggle. Us lot are here for you. No matter how you feel, come on in and share your thoughts as freely as you care to. Life sucks...but, where there is glimmer hope, we hold fast and soldier on. I wish that I could hug you right this minute. I wish that I could make your fears vanish. We are rooting for you.
ann Thank goodness that Tizzy/Molly came into your life. I'm happy for you.
This is a brief visit. The procedure at Oban hosp had to be carried out minus the ghastly enema. My back end refused to accept it. I elected not to have sedation because I wanted to go home as soon as. Anyway, the surgeon, such a charming man, who first saw me 28 days ago, completed the 'oscopy and then carried on with a second procedure. I have elastic-type bands hitching up the prolapsed bulge. I didn't like the sensation one little bit. I may bleed a little over the next few days. The bulge may decide to attempt to poke it's way out of my bum. In six weeks time, I return to have a similar procedure done by the same charming surgeon.
I feel nauseous and sore. The journey home was long and pot-holed. We have given away our tickets to the Eddi Reader event to a couple who will enjoy the treat on our behalf.
All I want to do right this minute, is put on my baggy pj's and loll. Then, a little later, I shall have a medicinal wee dram.
I apologise for the rant. I just wanted to say, I'm back and I shall be thinking of you all throughout this evening. Tomorrow is another day.

And finally.........................Please bring it back
