Good morning Mick and all to come. Looking cloudy in Lancashire. Enjoy your bus trip Mick. I will be using my bus pass this afternoon for a trip to the city centre. I might spend something in Debenhams, don't want it to close.

It's still cold here n the south coast although the sun did get up yesterday and it was breezy. Looking out, there seems to be a lot of cloud, so not promising.

Caught up on putting the house to rights after the weekend's visitors so a quiet day planned for today. We'll see what happens.

I’ve been up for a while too. Still suffering from jet lag from the change in the clocks and waking at silly o’clock. Really tired too!

Still, I have a reflexology appointment this morning, perhaps that may help.
