Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark but dry and frosty here in Brackley this morning, can see the stars.
Yesterday weather wise, played its part with no flea market at Buckingham , and few people out as well, surprising how the weather controls are whereabouts.

Good morning! Cold and dark at silly o clock here in N Bucks but it has stopped raining. Last night’s heated Voltarol patch seems to have let me down and I have not been able to get comfortable. Why on earth be awake at 6 on a Sunday morning ? Wishing you all a pleasant day!

Morning Mick, maw, everyone.

It's wet again in north Leicestershire. Nothing much on in the Lester household apart from feeding DS1's cat and making and eating pot roast chicken.

Sorry you had a bad night maw, take it easy today.

Gagagran Sun 07-Oct-18 07:11:20

Morning Mick and Maw. Sorry you are in pain Maw and I hope it improves quickly.

It's been a cold night after a very wet and windy day here on the south coast. Glad we got the CH serviced and sorted out a few weeks ago - definitely needed now.

A pootling day in store I think after unexpected visitors yesterday turned it into a busy day.

Hope it's a good one for us all. sunshine

Morning kitty! Fingers crossed for baby news soon.

Morning all and those who follow from a dull Fife, think it's to rain. Relieved to say DD and new DGS2 are now home after quite an exhausting time in hospital. All is well. Kitty you must be anxious to hear some news too, hope it's soon for you all. Let it all begins now! - have a great day.

Good morning all. Bright and quite mild in East Northants, I think we are in for a nice day following the rain yesterday. A trip to M&S this morning for a new tote bag, a mooch around the shops and coffee. Hope it's a good day for everyone.

Good morning everyone. Bright and sunny here in Northampton, but have been awake since before 5 o'clock! Shall have to have a walk to the paper shop as they have delivered the wrong newspaper, and I can't do without my normal puzzle pages. Did a massive load of decluttering yesterday and now have loads of stuff piled up in the study waiting to go to the charity shop. I cleared the top shelf of a wardrobe and the black hole that is the cupboard under the stairs. Also found the last box of photos from when we lived in Australia 30 years ago, so sorted them and put them into an album I had bought ages ago for that purpose.

Morning All! Bright and sunny here in mid Surrey. Off to Horsell Common & Woking for a walk on the War of the Worlds trail today. MAW sorry about your uncomfortable and sleepless night. I managed ok last night only waking once because of hip pain.

Morning Mick, Annie to come and all. It's dry, sunny and bright here in Berks. After the all day rain yesterday, the garden's perked up a treat. That will mean more weeds. After church I may have to go and look for a new IPad, as mine seems to be in it's death throws. I made two tea loaf fruit cakes yesterday and froze them both. I meant to keep a couple of slices out for later, so will have to defrost some. I also for got to get anything out of the freezer for lunch/dinner. Have to rummage in a mo and see what surfaces. Have a good day one and all.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Bright and cold here in South Yorkshire. I am trying to make up my mind whether to go and watch junior football today. Might be a bit cold for me to be standing about at the moment.
Maw sorry you had a bad night. Look after yourself today.
Sar enjoy the party. They are a cakewalk at this age! Wait till they get older!! Have a good day, folks.

Auntieflo Sun 07-Oct-18 08:43:32

Oh Gillybob I've just seen your post from yesterday. I don't know what's wrong, but sending you love and {{{hugs}}} for whatever today brings.

Morning again, still rather on cloud 9 but just wanted to thank everyone for their best wishes on safe arrival of DGS2 I also know however that there are people in not such a good position as I am today so I would like to say to you all keep your chin up, I hope things get easier for all those not feeling quite so bright today. Thinking of you.

Marydoll Sun 07-Oct-18 08:53:09

Good morning all, it's dry so far.
I'm late this morning, I actually had a whole night's sleep. It was probably sheer exhaustion after having DGD five days in a row.

We were preparing for an other overnighter with "helicopter girl", as mum and dad were delayed at Heathrow for hours. DIL was in tears, thinking she wasn't getting home to see her wee darling. I was in tears also at the thought of having only an inch of the bed to sleep on, whilst DGD marked her territory.grin! They managed to get home late last night, which was a relief to all.
I hope to have a quiet day, apart from going to help an elderly friend who wants to book long haul flights , and doesn't know how to .

Maw, I hope you find some relief soon, relentless pain is so debilitating. I was prescribed Lignocaine plasters for my hands and wrists, I wondered if they might help. Mine helped a little, but I needed so many that I had to stop, as too much medication was getting into my system.

Brunette, glad everyone is home now.

Enjoy your Sunday everyone.

Good morning.
The sun is attempting to shine this morning, though it’s very cold, as the heating kicked in quite early this morning.
Congratulations, Brunette10 on the safe arrival of your new grandson.
Those of you not feeling so well today, take care and keep warm.
Not a lot planned for today here, methinks. ?

ginny Sun 07-Oct-18 09:16:06

Good morning all. A little bit of sun in N. Devon so off to explore the area around the cosy cottage we are staying in and a walk on the beach.
Hoping for a better day for those of you with problems.
