Boots new promotion (not footwear)

I received another email from Boots, headed" Oooops, we have sent your points balance in Euro"s. I didn't read the balance, just the Euro prices for the cosmetice they were promoting

This morning I received an email from Boots, promoting a new beauty regime.
The only trouble was that all the pricing was in Euros!!
Why?
