I am holding on for English Heritage and several times have been thanked for my patience. No, I'm not patient! Why do they all say the same things? At least if they said something different it would make the wait less tedious. Any suggestions? Mine are: Thanks for holding on, we know it is a pain but please, just a little longer and we hope that we can finally get to you. Or: Yes, we know you are fed up but have you tried working in a call centre?
Why do they all suggest we look at their website? I did that, told them I had moved but they haven't updated my address so I have to call them. Do they really think we choose to hang on endlessly if we had an alternative?!?
Still thanking me for my patience....................
