I found it quite fascinating. I'm not a royalist, but it was interesting.

I thought it interesting, the Commonwealth is important

I haven't seen it yet but have recorded it . I usually like such programmes as easy interesting viewing. I enjoyed the one about Princess Margaret although she was very different from The Queen.

I must watch this now!
You either find films on the Royals fascinating or watch with horrible fascination.

I will watch the repeat on Sunday afternoon as it clashed with the interesting but gory documentary about Spanish 'flu'.

I was surprised that Megans dress was " the most famous wedding dress in the world " ? I switched off at that point as it was a bit daft

I don't imagine that the film was commissioned by the Royal Family. They will have agreed to do it (as the subject of any documentary would have to agree before it can be done) but then over the last two years they would have put up with cameramen trailing around after them and recording their every move. I have not watched it, but it could be interesting about the Commonwealth, which, by the way, is not just post-colonial, but contains countries which ASKED to join the organisation.

Newquay toundonrelaise it was filmed over the past year? So talks, production etc would have started nearly two years ago before the recent crap about not having them and so on.

I enjoyed it, it was mostly about the Commonwealth and had some unseen footage which I found interesting.

I am assuming you won’t be watching Part 2?
