Reynaud's can just be fingers, which is, I think, what most of us have, but I have heard of people whose whole arms, legs and back were affected.

My feet do not get numb, but they do get cold and I have a fetching wardrobe of big warm fluffy socks in various colours and patterns that I wear around the house over my usual tights/socks in the winter

I don’t think feet are always affected with reynauds my youngest has it but only heard her talk of her hands watermeadow
I have terrible cold feet even in socks and shoes

I have Reynauds Syndrome, as others have said - fingerless gloves and sweaters with l-o-n-g sleeves.

Thanks but I can’t do much wearing gloves indoors and for eight months of the year I’m wearing jumpers and cardigans so my wrists are usually well-covered.
I don’t think it’s Raynaud’s if my feet are not affected, only my hands.

Go to the doctor and ask if you have raynauds. It causes hands and feet to go very cold. There are tablets you might be able to take that can alleviate some of the symptoms.

Also try wearing warm knitted wrist bands in doors. Keeping the wrists covered and warm can help the circulation and prevent some of the effects.

My grandma used to say "cold hands, warm heart".

I've crocheted several pairs of fingerless gloves for my DD who has Raynauds disease. She uses them all year round.

Have you thought of mittens/fingerless gloves? I have seen some wrist warmers, the ones I saw were actually made from the sleeves of an old jumper!
