Yes, I read that article and I use GN the way you do. That is whyit is the only social media I am signed up to. If signed up to Face Book and Twitter, nothing would ever get done.

You can tell how busy I ought to be by the frequency of my posts

We all seem to have it in our family, except my D.S. who wants everything done yesterday. Now, I find out it is because I have a particularly large amygdala!
I do try to fight against it constantly.
P.S. GN is the procrastinator’s enabler. Just one more look at last hour...
